Hey everybody, welcome to you were born for this podcast with Father John Ricardo and Mary Guilfoyle.

We are a couple of missionaries of Acts 29, and this is the podcast where we talk about how acquiring a biblical worldview brings us great hope in the God who created and rescued this world in order that you and I can be agents of transformation and recreation. Mary, we're talking literally into a suitcase.

So if the sound quality sounds bad, that's why we've got, we're out on mission in the Diocese of Orange working with the priests this week.

And we don't

have normal technology, and you and I just excel at technological things, don't we?

Yeah, I have to tell you.

So just to make clear friends, our laptop is on top of a clothes suitcase because we're

packing, moving from one location to another.

So our sound quality is going to be a little bit off.

But there's something I love, Father John, just about just being honest and real with people.

And I think, you know, against the backdrop of what we're seeing right now in our own

personal lives and the culture, this conversation, we just pray God's kind of blessed,

regardless of what the technology

looks like, because I'm already blessed by what it is we've been praying into, Father. Yeah, I am too.

And we speak in a prayer, we just want to make sure that we let everybody know, especially in

harm's way with this crazy storm that's taken place, especially in the Northeast. We're lifting

everybody up in prayer and feeling somewhat guilty looking outside seeing

sunshine.

But we're remembering everybody at Mass today, especially our homeless brothers and

sisters who are trying to find shelter and all those who are going without the things

that we can so easily take for granted.

Yeah, may our good father provide for all of his people through us.
