Here in Maryland, we currently don't know what it's going to look like for the winter basketball season.

We don't know if it's going to be played later.

It's still undecided.

And for me personally, I'm having an opportunity to work with different schools, and we are in that midst.

We don't know what's going to happen.

And you find yourself asking and wondering things you've never wondered before. How do I lead? How much do I push? I'm going to happen and you find yourself asking and wondering things you've never wondered before.

What do I communicate as our rallying cry when we don't even know if we're going to have a season?

It's a challenging moment.

And because of that challenge, TJ and I decided to record today and talk through some ideas and strategies that I think could help you as you try to figure out the best way to lead your team without necessarily communicating a false hope, but being real and genuine throughout all this because it's weird.

It's tough.
