Hey, everybody. Welcome to you. We're born for this podcast with Father John Ricardo and Mary Guilfoyle. We're a couple of missionaries at Acts 29. This is the podcast where we talk about how acquiring a biblical worldview brings us great hope. God who created and rescued this world in order that you and I can be agents of transformation and recreation. Mary,

we've been in desperate need of becoming recreated in Acts 29. I think a number of us have been

down sick with whatever's flying around the world right now, but you're up and around,

and I'm glad to see you back on your feet. Thanks, be to God, we've been dropping light flies.

I think there might be just one of us left, standing, and I think I'm looking at it. It might be me. Yes, please, God. Keep me healthy. Hey, what's our topic today? Learning to pray as we say our prayers. Let's pray, shall we, to kick this off. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen. Father, we just thank you for the grace and the privilege and the joy and the extraordinary

gift that it is that we can come into your presence.

We do so now bringing this world that you so love, especially the places which are experiencing

so much unrest.

We pray for our brothers and sisters who are listening, who are most in need of your consolation and your comfort right now.

We ask for your Holy Spirit to be upon. Both of us as we speak now what it is that we feel

like you've asked us to share. May it bring encouragement and hope,

and perhaps a bit of a challenge

to the two of us and to all our brothers and sisters

who are listening.

We ask it all in Jesus' mighty name.
