Guilfoyle. We are a couple of missionaries at Acts 29, and this is the podcast where we talk about

how acquiring a biblical worldview brings us great hope. God who created and rescued this world

in order that you and I can be agents of transformation

and recreation. Mary, happy ordinary time.

You know, here we are.

You know, it's always, I've always found it interesting, Father John, that the church

calls it ordinary.

Yeah, well, people.

Because it is anything but ordinary.

Yeah, and I think it causes confusion to people because ordinary just comes from the Latin word

ordinal.

So it means those weeks of the year we count by number.

It doesn't mean boring, plain old, like nothing really happening time.

And my goodness, do we have a not plain old, blah, ordinary thing that we want to make

known to people in this episode. What's our

topic today? An invitation from God to help put his world back together.

Oh, that sounds rather interesting. All right. Let's pray, shall we? In the name of the Father,

the Son, the Holy Spirit. Amen. Oh, Father, we do indeed thank you for these days that we're living in

right now, which are anything but ordinary against the backdrop of all that's going on in our local communities, our families,

the whole world. We just turned to you at the start of this week.
