Well, good morning.

It is Tuesday, January 16th, and I'm Melanie Mitra, the host of your podcast episode today on Women Inspiring Women.

And I have a very special guest that is going to be, going to be sharing today.

So Farron is one of the coaches in my organization.

She's a one-star diamond coach.

And she has been a coach for about 18 or so months.

I don't know the exact number of months.

But she has been one of those people that from the moment that she signed up

in my organization, she was like, tell me what to do, I want to earn the rewards, I want to be a

part of the tribe, I want to be a part of the team, and she really just sort of took control.

She didn't really wait for me to say, you know, do X, Y, and Z, and she didn't just sit back and wait

for somebody to tell her what to do. She was that person that got out there and just made it happen.
