Well, good morning, everybody. It is Melanie Mitro and it is Tuesday, January 23rd. And I can't believe it is the third week of January already. I just don't even know where 2018, the first

month of the year has gone,

but I hope you're busy working on your goals, your dreams. I'm also going to bet that some

of you have actually not even started yet. I'm actually going to put some money on the fact

that probably quite a few of you are still sitting there paralyzed

by fear, by judgment, and what other people will think. And so I think today's episode is

really going to strike a chord with you because we're going to talk about how to, in fact,

live a life without regret. So the title of today's podcast episode actually was inspired by a series at the

church that I belong to. And the series is called The Last Arrow. And we're on the second week.

And this past week was actually all about living a life without regrets. And I thought, you know what? A lot of what we're

talking about actually is very much applicable to our, to business and to growing an organization

and living your life to your fullest potential. And so I sort of spent the past two days since Sunday

thinking about these things and thinking about, okay, you know, how many people do I see out there

that I do business with who constantly are in this stage of having hopes and dreams and setting big goals and then are

always saying like they're going to take action. They're always saying about this is the time
