Well, hello there, everybody. It is Melanie Mitro and it is Tuesday, January the 9th, and we are here with our podcast episode. And today we're going to talk about owning your success.

So this past weekend, I spoke at a Super Saturday event for Team Beach Buddy here in Pittsburgh,

which is actually my local area.

And we hosted a training on Friday night.

And we were, you know, talking about owning your success.

And I'm going to share a little story with you, right?

So there was, I worked together with this pod. I worked together with a pod of women. And,

and it's just sort of like a success pod that I created back in the spring of 2017. It was a few

coaches that, that went to our Success Club trip together,

and we formed a pod called the 10X squad.

And we've been really challenging each other over the past year to get out of our comfort

zone, to expand our reach, to push for our goals.

And we've just been really keeping each other on track and keeping each other accountable.

And we found ourselves one day having this in-depth conversation through Facebook Messenger.
