Well it has been an amazing time at Marathon Talk.

We had our inaugural motivation station, Noting a Marathon.

That was amazing.

But before we get on to that, we'll chat a little bit about what else we've been up to.

On Saturday, I went to Leeds Park part run had a good old 5k thought I'd have an easy

not an easy one but I thought I'd try to take the first k a little slower which I did

but then the two three four five never got any easier so it was a bit of a hard

hard slog for me I was about 40 seconds down on my time but it was one of those days my

legs were a little tired I've done my first hill session in about five years

two days before so it was good so I really enjoyed that then we drove

down to Notting and we watched Alistair and Johnny Brownie win their respective world

champs and with Tom Bishop also from Leeds

while studying Leeds getting silver in the world junior

champs in the Olympic Districts Triathlon on the Sunday

we nearly had all three men's world

champions swimming in my pool every Tuesday morning which would have been quite a
