Episode 36 Deep progressive relaxing meditation for realising your authentic self ( stop procrastinating)

 

Today we put the life hacking to one side and we meditate using a deep visualisation. We combine this peaceful process with a gentle breathing awareness and progressive relaxation to remind ourselves that the answer to who we are always lies within ourselves. Sit down lie down comfortably and we will begin. When we know who we are we will act in authenticity and stop procrastinating.

 

You may also wish to use this as a simple relaxation, to decrease stress or for sleep therapy.
