amazing absolutely smashing himself to pieces so he's really really good. I think it's a talent that not many people

bit risky kind it you know and not so much fun so I set him a challenge this week that we'd run together

and we'd start the back. And if you start the back, certainly a Flanders Abbey Park run, you can't run very

quick at the beginning, so you can't go off too quick. You cannot run a too fast first mile if you're at the back.

And we played a game to run through the field and see how many people we could overtake without elbowing them out the way.
