What an exciting week in the world of running this past weekend that we had.

So exciting to see Sarah Hall break the half marathon American record and Kira

Demato break the marathon American record.

Amazing, amazing accomplishments. I don't know about you guys, but I did an unexpected

tempo run on Monday because I was just so excited.

Not only those two ladies, there were so many incredible performances in Houston over

the weekend and it's always just so cool to just use that energy to motivate yourself

to do something special. So anyway, what an exciting weekend. I said nothing derails

my Sunday morning though. Like streaming a marathon that has some exciting things happening.

I just was glued to my computer.
