So get comfortable and get ready to be coached because we're going to jump right in.

So this is something that I see with my private clients fairly often and I'm just kind of

wondering if you do this also and that is even when they're making progress, even when they're doing well, even when they're changing their eating, they're

binging way less, and they're losing weight, even then they worry about different situations.

They worry about encountering something that they fear that they can't handle.

They worry about restaurants and parties and holidays and being upset and all

the different curve balls that life throws us that's what they worry about and I'm wondering about you because it's hard for you to look beyond the situation

I understand that but here's the problem we can deal with each situation that comes up for you we can but every situation is different and if you never feel like you're conquering the big issues that you're facing

with your weight and with eating, then each time a new situation comes up you're worried all over again you're frustrated again and

again and again because you don't ever feel like you've got a handle on it you feel like

your success depends on the situation and how will you handle it?

That's what you ask yourself.

When you ask yourself that question, and I'm not just talking about planning ahead which is a good thing

but when you worry about how you'll handle something every single time there's a new

situation this way of thinking makes you doubt your own ability.
