pushing myself a little bit and I'm feeling a little bit better I think a lot of you know low

lot of easy stuff not massive volume contract on sleep just trying to recover a little bit I'm starting to feel

up for it again and I've set myself a challenge it's a good challenge okay

I've set somebody else a challenge.

What's the challenge? So I have challenged my part-run colleague and CEO Nick Pearson to a

Smackdown or a slap down as it's being called at the Westmin to the mile next year,

May the 28th, him versus me, in a wave of the Westminster mile,

loser has to run the part-run way. in a wave of the Westminster mile,

loser has to run the part-run wave in the dress of the winner's choice.
