I said something to start out the speed intervals, the speed work episode when we kicked off the types of quality workouts with that

series. I said, you hear all the time, I just need to be faster. My endurance is fine. My stamina is

fine. I just don't have the foot speed needed. So if I just get more sprint work, I'll be fine.

We kind of laughed at that and said, you know, that's not really usually the case.
