Hi, I'm Catherine Weigel.

I'm his charming wife, and I have lost 150 pounds unexpectedly.

Oh, it was unexpected.

Well, I didn't think I'd lose 150 pounds.

I looked at it like five pounds at a time, so it was very unexpected. Did you expect

to lose 100 pounds? No, I did not. I would have been happy to lose 10 or 20 pounds at a certain point,

and I just kept going. I didn't expect that. No, I didn't expect it either. You were in a really bad mood about losing weight at first.

I was. I'm still in a really bad mood about it.

So, hey, where we only look thin.

We have lost 250 pounds cumulatively, and we are here to tell you about expectations.

Expectations. And you know what? Can I just say I'm going to interrupt our regularly scheduled

podcast for a second. Whoa. That's unexpected. Speaking of expectations, I just want to give you

a shout out for how far you have come because we, just to let everyone behind the curtain for a second,

we had some recording issues a minute ago,

and while I was trying to fix them,

Catherine was sitting there doing arm-strengthening exercises

while she was waiting for me,

when in the past she might have just gone out and eaten a cheesecake.
