I am Catherine Weigel and I have lost 150 inspirational pounds.

I hit play on my podcast and now it's surprising that I'm listening to these two inspiring people. What are they going to talk about? Something inspiring. And surprising. Oh, and I'm Donald Weigel and I've lost a little over 100 pounds.

Yeah, I remember setting a goal on my Fitbit, you know, a weight loss goal that was like 70 pounds and just thinking that that was

ridiculous. It's never going to happen. I'm a naysayer. Seriously, like, just thinking like, oh, I'll just

set this because, like, whatever, I'll never hit it anyway. Because the Fitbit says you have to set a goal.

Yeah, because you have to hit a goal. I might as well say I'm going to lose 70 pounds. That's crazy, but I might as well do it.

In this last weight loss adventure, I was 250 pounds, and I didn't actually think about losing a big amount of weight.

I was like, if I can lose five pounds and just fit into my pants, that's a win.

And I think that that actually made all the difference this time is because I didn't lose a final 100 pounds. I just looked at it

five pounds at a time. Yeah. And surprisingly, I am now at my lowest weight since probably

seventh grade, eighth grade. No, that mindset really helped me as well.
