Hello and welcome to another cold and calculating episode of We Only Look Thin.

I am one of your hosts.

That would be Donald Weigel, and I have lost a little over 100 pounds.

And I am Catherine Weigel, and I am am his lovely wife and I'm a little out of breath

and I have lost 150 pounds. Wow, that's amazing. Don't you want to know why I'm breathless? I do want

to know why you're breathless. I was going to get to that. I was going to say it. We're doing

this stupid 30 day fitness challenge where we have to like every day do a little bit of work.

And we just did that.

And it turns out it's work and I'm a little out of breath.

And Catherine was just saying that we only have a few days left of it until we're done.

But guess what?

We're not actually done.

The rest of our lives.

There's no finish line.

Yeah, so we're doing all of these arm exercises and you increase, you know, gradually increase every day as it goes along.

And we're towards the end of the month and it is getting real.

It is serious, y'all.

Yeah.

But I actually feel like my arms are, there's some improvement there.

It turns out if you put in effort day after day, you get results.

And some of that includes being your heart rate, your heart rate being up.
