Christian Morgan is an ultramarathon athlete who

0:23.3

focuses on long trail projects. He currently holds the second fastest completion of the Appalachian

0:30.0

Trail, which he completed in 44 days, four hours, 54 minutes. Christian is currently gearing up for

1:36.7

that knowledge. And I think it's definitely manageable, obviously, although people wouldn't come

1:42.6

back and do these things time and

1:44.4

time again. But when we're talking about projects to the length of the Appalachian Trail

1:49.9

and things that are taking 44 days in nature, I find it really interesting when people
