What up, guys. Welcome to the Jitsu podcast episode 337. Today we're going to talk about a rule for Jiu Jitsu that's important when it comes to competitions and something I see it all the time. I saw it this weekend, both at my competition and then I was also watching some of the matches at the Nogi Pans. I saw it there. And again, I've made the mistake myself. But it's something that like just shows kind of a weak mindset.
