as far as training etiquette and things of that nature that can be useful both from the beginners aspect, but also to whether you're a coach or you're maybe a senior belt in the gym, something you can do as well to help the different people out.

Because, again, obviously, you know, there's the coach's job to do what they're doing.

But a lot of times, you know, once you're a blue belt, peribelt level, you know, you kind of

start to have a little bit of, I don't want to say authority because it depends on the

gym, but you at least have a little bit of knowledge and people will have a certain level of

respect for you. And you can use that to help out the people along the way with their etiquette,
