is your team's leadership an asset or an obstacle? This thought process, is it an asset or an

obstacle? Is it something that is of value, something that we rely on that is a strength within our program, or is it something

that we have to fight against, where we have to overcome as an obstacle? I think if you're a coach

and you get asked that question, you begin to ponder that question, you may find yourself saying

it's neutral, right? I think a lot of coaches, if honest, would say maybe I'm somewhere in the middle. I wouldn't go as far as to say it's a strength of our program, but also, you know, we've got pretty good kids. You know, I wouldn't say it's an obstacle. So it's somewhat neutral. And I'd actually argue that, TJ. I actually think if you're saying it's a fairly neutral, it's just kind of in the middle there,
