My friend Ashely, age 19 and headed on her mission in December to Poland, shares about improving Latter-day Saint culture. To do this, Ashley bravely started @certain.woman on Instagram (please follow this excellent account). Ashley talks about how to improve our culture around better valuing women, better approaches to resolving sexual sin, improved insights into pornography use, kind insights into our LGBTQ members, and creating a loving framework for those working through questions. Ashely is brave for creating a platform for these much needed discussions. 0:29.5	certain women in February of this year. And it originally started as an account to share the stories of women in our church history
0:43.5	and women in the scriptures and talk about my mother. And I felt prompted to later focus on
0:50.1	church culture in ways we can strengthen women and change church culture for the better.
0:57.8	So I take a lot of narratives that were given in the church that hurt a lot of people.
1:04.6	And I try to just examine those head on and talk about how we can improve and make the church a more loving and Christ-like place and just better our discipleship journeys, I guess.

1:29.4	we find it on Instagram. Is that right? Yes. And just a little bit more about Ashley. Ashley is 19. She's
1:38.8	one of our younger guests. She is grew up in England. Part of her life, she grew up in England.

1:45.8	I wish. I wish, yeah. And graduated high school there has been at BYU, Hawaii, and is now working in Utah in Utah County.

2:00.1	I'm going to the Poland Warsaw
2:01.9	mission. It's the only mission in Poland. And I'll be reporting December 15th. And it's really
2:10.1	wonderful you're serving. And my wife and I went to Poland about a year ago. we had a stop on a cruise and we went through Poland.
2:19.3	I loved that experience there. And it's just a beautiful country. So thank you for your service.
