What up, guys. Welcome to the Jiu Jitsu podcast number 320. You know what that means.

0:06.7

Absolutely nothing. It's nothing. So it just a lot. It means a lot of podcasts, but it means absolutely nothing.

0:12.7

So today's podcast, we were talking about an idea. We saw something online and then we were sort of talking about the idea of one piece of advice per belt level.

0:21.4

And so, again, we all have different challenges in jiu-jitsu, but I was thinking about myself

0:25.5

and mind with these. I'm going to give you the best piece of advice that I could give to myself

0:30.4

at each belt level. Now, again, this may work very well for you. May not work well for you. I don't

0:35.5

know, but I'm going to give you the advice I would give to

0:38.0

myself if I was my own coach or if I could go back and have a conversation with myself

0:43.4

because, again, it's stuff that I think is super important at each level. And again,

0:49.2

Jiu-Jitsu guys sometimes get a little too wrapped up in the belt. This is true. So if let's say if you trained in a

0:55.6

situation where there are no belts, just equate each one of these belts to maybe being a

1:02.1

year and a half to two years of training, right? Like, you know, they're kind of milestones. And,

1:06.1

you know, that's somewhere in that neighborhood is what they represent, give or take. But again, that's the idea.

1:11.6

So with that said, hopefully you guys enjoy this podcast and you're able to take something away from the piece of advice,

1:16.4

no matter what rank you are in Jiu-Jitsu or whatever, no matter how long you've been training.

1:21.1

This stuff is all useful.

1:23.5

And again, put it into practice.
