I expect that. Yeah. I have lost about 100 pounds. I've kept it off for, I don't know,

six years and I have been here expecting to start podcasting this episode or something.

You know what though? About expecting to start this episode, I know

language changes, but I don't want expectational to be a new word. Yeah. But we almost didn't

record today's episode because of words in the form of wordal. Oh, yeah. Donald got stuck.
