Mark and I had a chance to see each other in catch up two weeks ago-ish in SoCal. It was really

nice to see you there and catch up. And Bracken doesn't know why I want to talk to you today, actually.

So, I mean, I'm sure you could figure it out, Bracken, but we were talking, Mark.

I don't know, we were kind of warming up.

We chatted both days.

And you'd said a few things.

I was like, Mark, we need to record this.

We need to talk about this. Well, because I had asked you, first of all, you were like with the kids race and you were like

the leader of the kids race and teach, show them the kids through the warm up and being like

such a good disciple of like the like the children's or leader of the children's sort of

aspect of Spartan race and Spartan kids.

And then I'd ask you, well, Mark, you missed WTM due to, I mean, you were urinating

blood and you had to miss the biggest event of your year.

And then we had gotten to a conversation about trials and tribulations and all of it.

And I was like, man, we just got to talk about this stuff.

So it was like, we interviewed you, Mark, what was it, two years ago, year and a half ago?

And we haven't, something like that?
