Wow, he had an amazing race at the Hoka Aneane Carbon X2 project.

His debut in the 100K, he became the third fastest American of all time at that distance.

And he is going to share all about the race in this podcast episode.

Before we talk about that though, we get into so many other things, his history with

running, what it looked like to start his college career at a community college and then go

to run D1.

He has some really wise things to say about where you choose to go run in college or where

you choose to go to college at all.

We also talk about what it means to him to be at the start line of these races, these

ultra distance races or any race for that matter as a person of color.

He is a first generation Indian American.

I love this quote from his recent Instagram post, not sure how to put it into words but

I wanted to prove that you don't have to look a certain way, come from a certain background

or have a certain body type to run.

So we dig into that a little bit in this episode.
