Tom what have you been up to? I have been an island in Cork for the last six days yeah

lovely beautiful yeah you know it is really beautiful and I've spent a bit of time in Southern Ireland in my time and I've spent time on the West Coast and I've done the Dublin Marathon and it is a lovely, lovely part of the world, isn't it?

I've never been that far south as Cork and we did, in fact, well I didn't do because Rosie kicked

off so I had to look after her but Helen did I

spectated at the inaugural Chamore Valley Park Run and it met this is really cool

met the event director John Kossain who is a marathon talker who is a marathon talker yeah and John you heard about comrades through our

interview with Bruce went on to do comrades three times because of the hat and heard about part run through I believe through marathon talk and

started Chramal Valley Park run on Saturday so that was really really cool.

In a similar way Brian and Fiona O'Donnell who I think you met?

Well, I didn't actually.

I got stood up by Bod, Brian O'Donnell.

Bod, Baud stood you up?

Bost stood me up, yeah.

We, I can't remember why.

So we spoke on the phone a couple of times, but I think he had to leave work early on the Thursday or Friday. of Oh, yes, of course.
