Helen and I were chatting about this yesterday on the drive home, so we went up last Monday, came

back yesterday, and you know, we rented a house in Northumbler near near a place called Bienel Bay or Bienel, which is absolutely beautiful. We had a really great time, we really switched off, turned my telephone

off on the Monday, turned it back on last night, so I didn't even wear a watch. I mean I wore a watch for my runs just so I could record them for posterity and they're now

on Strava I did that last night but you know most of the time I didn't know what time

it was I didn't have anything on me I didn't

look emails text messages didn't take any phone calls completely totally

and utterly disconnected for a week which are fantastic and H& I was saying you know with a couple of kids

one who's one and one who's nearly four they don't really care about lying on a hot sunny
