It has, yeah.

Which episode was I on? I think it was 3, 4 it was episode ten and at the time you were

race directing the Tumbridge Wells half marathon and and we wanted the

inside story about what what it was like to race direct a running race so we had

you on to talk all about it.

Yeah, I think it was this Monday morning after the race and I had a raging hangover. I think it was rubbish actually.

So you're back, you're back and you're joining us on the show. You're going present because Tom's off on the holiday yet again.

Where's he called? Anywhere nice? I think he's gone to his villa in the Maldives on his island. Yeah he's probably smoking some big

fat cigar with his with his little feet dangling in the sea somewhere nice and warm.
