I am just so excited about the marathon project this past weekend that I've got a couple

more post-race interviews here for you.

Today you're listening to episode 293 and I'm talking with Kira Demado.

Kira finished second at the marathon project in a time of 222.56 which was a massive PR

for her and she has been on fire this year on fire.

If you've been following running news at all you'll know that because she keeps popping

up everywhere she shattered the women's American record in the 10 mile road race finishing

that in 51 minutes and 23 seconds.

She's run a 15045K and she also ran a 6857 half this year so Kira is one to be watching.

She has been one to be watching and what you'll hear in this interview is she is putting

down times that she knows.

She's known she's had to enter this whole time.

She talks about that in this episode and it's really exciting to hear.

Kira finished 15th at the Olympic trials this past year and while that is an impressive

place in her time of 234 was super impressive you'll find out that she knew she had a lot

more in her and so we get to hear about that in this episode.

It's so exciting.
