I'm dropping a little bonus episode this week with Marty Heher.

Marty just won the marathon project that happened this weekend.

A little marathon that if you're a fan of the sport of running,

you are probably following pretty closely.

Marty runs for Reebok.

He is in his fourth year of medical school.

And in the process of interviewing for residency programs,

he's going to school to be an anesthesiologist and recently welcomed their

second daughter into their home to say he has quite a bit on his plate

is putting it lightly.

Back in February, he placed six at the Olympic trials in Atlanta in a time of

211 29. That was his second marathon.

So the marathon project was only his third marathon.

He crossed the finish line in 208 59, making him the seventh fastest

all-time American marathoner.

Wow, that's crazy.
