Today, you're listening to episode 294,

and I'm bringing you one more for the week post-race interview from the Marathon project.

Today, I'm talking with Noah Droddy,

who plays second at the Marathon project in a time of 209-09,

which was a massive PR.

His last marathon, which was a PR as well in Chicago 2019, was a 211-42.

And this was Noah's first race since that marathon in October of 2019.

So, very exciting to see how this played out for Noah after a really trying year.

And Noah gets really honest with us about what that year looks like

and how he felt going into this race,

knowing that he hadn't raced in 14 months.

And wow, we get to hear all about the race as well,

how it played out, how he felt during the race.

And of course, where his head is at now, that he broke that 210 barrier.

And he also broke on to be the ninth fastest American marathoner on an eligible course

with that time as well.

So, things are looking up and very exciting for Noah.
