Bromis, what comes to mind when you hear vertigo?

Honestly, the first thing I think is like, is it a cranial nerve damage?

I think I remember you taught me that it's really important when it comes to neuro chief complaint to think about the time course and the localization.

So I definitely want to know when this happened and well for vertical you wouldn't really think

about the localization but I think just hearing more about how it happened and then if there's any trigger

and then also trying to see if there are any other associated symptoms. But I think right now I'm

really thinking about the cranial nerve at this stage. Okay, great. And which cranial nerve are you

thinking of? Eight. Craneal nerve eight. Yeah. So that's one part of the potential localization. We'll talk about that. Could it be a problem with cranial nerve eight? so that's one part of the potential localization we'll talk about that could

so we'll have to think a little bit about what system is impaired if the patient is experiencing

vertigo and cranial nerve 8 is part of that

system. And then the time course, as you said, did this happen suddenly or as I've been going on for a

long time? Is it provoked by anything or does it happen spontaneously? We'll get into some details of that
