Hello, friends. Thanks for joining us. Thanks for the introduction, Anna. Yeah, I am doing well.

I'm nearing the end of intern here and I'm excited to be a senior and learn more and explore

the depths of medicine. And I also wanted to say that I know both you and

Priyanka are very busy. So thanks for taking the time out to record this session so that we can

learn together and also disseminated the knowledge to other people. How about you, Priyanka? How are you

doing? The pleasure is all hours kyrithan i love i love these evenings where we get to

discuss a case and you know here one of us brilliantly present a complex clinical scenario and i just

learned so much and i'm doing well i'm wrapping as my second year of residency and I can't believe that

it's gone by so fast. I'm certainly nearing the point of residency where I have to make some

decisions about what I want to do in the future. So that's both exciting but also kind of

overwhelming. But I'm leaning into it and feeling really

excited for, I think, just, you know, welcoming the new interns very soon and starting the third year.

And how are you, Anna? I'm doing well. I am similarly, I feel like we're all at these transition points.
