Hey everybody, welcome to all have another podcast with Lindsay Hein.

I'm your host Lindsay.

I'm so grateful you're here today.

I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving.

I actually have a guest host on the show today.

I decided it was time to take a much needed week off from work and just be with my family.

And my good friend Lauren Floreys who is the co-host of the Up and Running podcast,

which is in the Sandy Boy Productions Network, is stepping up to the plate

to host an interview over here this week.

This is the first time in the four years that I've had this show that I've ever had a guest host

so I'm excited to do this.

I'm excited to take a week off and I'm really grateful that Lauren has agreed to do this.

This episode will also be edited by my assistant Emma Binner.

Another first. I've never had someone else edit one of these shows.

So I'm really excited to just let these ladies take over.

I know they're going to do an amazing job.
