So, first, we're going to talk about what worry is and what emotional eating is and how they

come together and why they make you do what you do.

worry is simply a negative emotion, right?

And all negative emotions come from negative thoughts.

And that means that you're thinking about something in the future in a way that creates

apprehension or anxiety or fear.

It feels like not knowing the future creates fear that the worst possible outcome is going to happen

And it also probably means that you might be one of those people that's not able to be comfortable
