What's you been up to?

Well, you know, it's been half term, so that makes my life different

in the terms that I've got a little girl who won't be able

can't keep up with me on the bike and we just do more kiddie type thing so a little

you have loads of time to yourself anyway what you want about?

So I've been doing a little less running and do you to half term but mainly because I've been really feeling quite myself when I've been running so I've decided to take a bit of a step back use the half term as an opportunity to rest a little more and he's off intensity in

volume completely so it's kind of been good timing for me and I've set myself a

September running goal do I need to know about this?

So those of you who don't listen to the show regularly, because Tom's away in South Africa,

I'm joined by my wife to co-present the show. So really know I really should know all of this

information anyway but because of course we're married we don't get to chat that

often so and we've got three children, twin sons who are now one and a half and a five-year-old little girl who Liz is just saying has been on half term a week. So, it's been a bit of of a frantic week so hello wife
