So I am a fitness professional.

I am a professional dancer and model.

And I just do all things that revolve around movement and inspiring people to, you know, change their

bodies and change their lives. Let's see, I've been dancing for about 25 years, professionally

for about 10. I recently won a pageant, random. I don't know if you ever knew that, Kara.

No. Miss Black USA. It's a competition. I won

the state title and then the national title and that kind of led me into taking fitness to a national

platform and not just teaching classes to my community, but really trying to get the word out to
