Summary

Martin is back in the studio with Tom. Spring Marathon season is in full swing with Paris, Rotterdam, Brighton and Milan. A 41 year old Kenyan runs 2:08! We annonce the winner of our competition to run the mass race at the IAAF World Half Marathon Champs 2016. How would you fancy some extra kilometers at the end of your 10k?
