She is Katherine Hansen, author of the Breakthrough Book Brain Over Binge.

Katherine recovered from bulimia in 2005 and since then she has been dedicated to educating

and empowering women and men who struggle with all forms of binge eating.

She's the author of two books, Brain Over Binge published in 2011 and a new updated

second edition just released and the Brain Over Binge Recovery Guide published in 2016.

Additionally, Katherine is the host of the Brain Over Binge podcast and a certified integrative

nutrition health coach.

She has made major contributions to the field of binge eating and its treatment and has

helped thousands overcome this disorder.
