Tom, what have you been up to?

Uh, ha ha, well, I've been training, training, as per normal, I guess.

Everything's feeling good. I've managed my first 26 hour weeks. I broke 25 hours for the first time this year I think in fact last week so I was

really pleased I raced on Saturday rip and try I know a load of a load of our

listeners were also racing rip and try. Did you go wrong again?

Oh I did go wrong again.

I went wrong on the bike this time and it look it was it was my, you have to take responsibility for yourself had I carried on the wrong way

down the A19 and being smashed to pieces by a car I wouldn't have blamed the organizers

I would have taken full responsibility myself. However, there was one round about

where the marshalling wasn't overly clear. You're not a yeah but person, are you?

No, no, there's no year but so I take 100% responsibility for this this is my

fault and I did it however at one of the roundabouts it wasn't overly clear where you
