Tom, how have you been?

I've been very good.

Have you? Yeah, I've been very good have you yeah I've been very good actually been running around a little bit

though by all accounts oh like a fly with a blue backside yeah I was that mean well it's a polite way of saying a blue fly, isn't it? Blue, can I say asked?

I just did. Okay, well you did, so yeah. Yeah.

Is he being busy?

I have been busy, yeah. I have been busy but it's been

good I've been enjoying I went down to London and back today for meeting from

all the way from Yorkshire which is you know it's always a bit of a chore

spending six and a half hours on the train in one day

so that was it I've been doing the bare minimum of running I've not run today I

did get to run yesterday with I'm I going to make Mark Heatherington

and that was good fun and at the weekend I celebrated Valentine.
