Alex referred to a workout style called E-M-M-O-M, a few times during the interview.

For those not familiar, E-M-M-MOM is an acronym for every minute on the minute, which typically

is structured in a manner where you are asked to complete a certain number of movements like

push-ups, pull-ups, burpees, or whatever, each minute for a designated amount of time.

So you would begin at the start of each minute and you have a break for however much time
