Well, what have I been doing?

I've not been park running, which is really rare for me.

I often don't run.

I mean, it's very common that I don't run at a park run, but I'm always there.

It was a couple different places we were going to go this Saturday gone and time can

expire against us a little bit so we thought we'd go to Harrogut Park Arm, which is our

local one just a mile from the house so it was really easy we can just jog down

there at 20 to 9. But the weather was horrendous, well not horrendous, but it was cold

and windy and it's a big open area of astray and obviously Aston especially three months I was not overly excited about that

prospect so I took one for the team and stayed at home with the kids which I love I'm not

saying that's a bad thing but I took one for the team and missed my run and the
