Summary

One of my favorite books on the subject of paleolithic living is the book, The Primal Blueprint, by Mark Sisson. We had the opportunity to interview Mark on my weekly radio program here in Baltimore; I found the discussion both educational and entertaining and I am thrilled to bring these principles to our Cut the Fat Podcast Listeners!

movement of lifestyle and eating.

Okay, so before we go into the interview itself, I do want to set the stage by speaking

1:03.9

about one key principle of the primal living movement.

1:08.4

In fact, without this principle being true, the whole movement would not exist.

1:28.6

Now in the book, he goes into great detail about why this statement is true.

1:34.5

And I certainly wouldn't do it justice in such a short period of time, but all I can

1:39.1

say is that his arguments are quite compelling.
