while Sheila is away in England on a vacation with my little sister, her other daughter,

Connor and I are going to host today's podcast just so we can make sure that we get you something.

So today we wanted to bring you something

that we've actually been working on

for the last couple months ourselves.

That's been a really easy way

to make our marriage a lot happier.

Yeah, it's a bit of a practical marriage tip.

Yeah, exactly. We've been talking about practical sex tips on the blog all month and we got more coming

every Wednesday this month and so we thought, why not for the podcast why we do a

practical marriage tip that we have actually been using in our day-to-day lives and it has

actually made us much happier with each other. Yeah and we were already

pretty happy so. The bar was set high. Yes it really was.

So a while back Connor and I did a podcast together with mom about how you know our marriage got so much better we had this turning point when you kind of had
