Gutrell, and Sally McRae.

These three ladies are three of the most badass women in the ultra-running scene right now,

and I'm super honored that I had the opportunity to talk with all three of them.

Now, Courtney has been on the podcast twice.

She was episode 137, and episode 202, she came on gosh.

She came on in 2018, I believe, after she won Western States, and then she came back on

again after she won UTMB last year.

Now Sally was episode 145, and I've actually been following Sally online for a very long

time.

Way before this podcast even started, and I also had the opportunity to do a live podcast

with Sally and Dina Caster this past fall here in Indianapolis, and she is just one of the

most joyful, happy humans you will ever meet.
