145 pounds. I'm a tiny habit certified coach, a podcaster, an inspiration, a group leader.

And with me today is Donald Weigel and I I have lost about 100 pounds, and I ride Catherine's

coattails. Oh, fiddle faddle. Yeah, well. And I am also a podcaster. I can say that much,

an editor of podcast, a writer of show notes, and I don't know, I'm trying to pad my resume.

It's all things you do. We would not have a podcast if it was not for donald weigel so i uh well we wouldn't have

anything to say on the podcast if it wasn't for you so you're you're always like hey let's talk

about this and i'm like uh words you came up with basically i have I have forgotten everything I've ever learned about losing weight and maintaining weight loss.

You're like, I don't have anything to say about this topic.

Yeah.

Oh, yeah.

But this is one of those other magical episodes where I come up with the title and then we come up with the content.
