Now I know that all the cool kids say epic things like "I don't have new years resolutions...I just live my goals year round!"......I'm not sure what that means but I do know that many people will be looking to kick start some new goals as they launch into the new year. mindset new goals people are fresh and ready to hit it. Hopefully you guys are there.

I've got a three-parter for you. Now the traditional

method that happens the scenario I should say that happens to most people I know

that most people would not include any of my

loyal listeners out there but for most people they will set a New Year's

resolution or a New Year's goal and then it's usually dissipated and disappeared after about 10 days.

All right, so that's why I have strategically thought,

you know what, I'm gonna do three separate podcasts

that go in order of a process of goal setting goal achieving so that you've got at least three

weeks worth of reminders that we've got to stay on our horse with these goals all right so hopefully

we can start to establish some new habits and you're going to lock in with these goals and take them from goal setting to goal achieving.

And that's what I always say, the goal setting is fun, but it's the goal achieving that we should really focus on is that's where the difference is made my friends.
