people who are illuminating the world around them doing really good things in the world.

I really wanted to host interviews that covered stories that maybe didn't revolve around

running. I love this podcast because it's about running but I wanted to look into interviewing

people who are social entrepreneurs, people who had missions to help others in their own

lives. And that's really what the Illuminate podcast is all about. Some of the episodes that

you'll find over there include an episode with Dominique Smith who talks about restorative

practices and education. We've got an interview with the co-hosts of Pantsuit Politics with Sarah

and Beth. They talk about Grace Filled political conversations. We have a positive parenting

episode where I interview Wendy Snyder who is a positive parenting teacher and she

schooled me on so many things and gave me some really tangible ideas of how I can redirect

the way I am disciplining my children in a healthy, positive way. So make sure you also
